Community Kitchen 

Building community and connecting people by offering meals, food, clothing and support to Montreal’s urban poor. Our hope is to bring people together into community and to alleviate their isolation. This happens bi-weekly in the River’s Edge Community Hall every Monday and Thursday. Volunteers begin prepping at 3PM and the Meal is served at 5PM. To get involved Contact Us.

Parents & Tots

To Parents and caregivers meet together, taking time out of their never ending, busy schedules to gain useful and practical resources, meet others, and build friendships. All the while the children are having fun playing with toys and one another. Thursdays from 10-11:30AM in our Community Hall. To get Involved Contact Us.

Serve Saturdays

We serve others in practical ways through meeting the needs within our communities and spheres of influence. Simple acts of kindness open hearts to the love of Jesus for both those being helped and those that are serving. Serve Saturdays happen throughout the year. To get involved Contact Us.

Community Fest

A celebration of Community that the whole neighborhood is invited to in Girouard Park. This annual event is offered for free by River’s Edge Community Church. This festival of fun and food brings together all age groups with inflatable games, a variety of food and drinks, live music and tables for community groups to share how they are making a difference from all around the borough.
